Property Transition Assessments are reviewed by a person before a path is recommended. The assessment does not automatically determine your pathway.
When Information May Be Shared
Property transitions may require more than one professional or service provider. When appropriate, Jumpcity may facilitate an introduction to a real estate professional, attorney, title professional, lender, contractor, property manager, mover, estate professional, investor, builder, or another provider relevant to the situation.
When an introduction occurs, relevant information may be shared so the professional can understand why they are being introduced and what the household is trying to accomplish. Only the context reasonably relevant to the introduction is carried forward. Your assessment is not automatically distributed to a network, and your information is not broadcast to multiple professionals indiscriminately.
Professionals and service providers introduced through Jumpcity may be independent businesses. Their collection, use, storage, and handling of information may be governed by their own privacy policies and professional obligations.
Service Providers and Technology
Jumpcity uses third-party technology and operational providers to run its website and business. These may support website hosting, forms and assessments, customer relationship management, email, telephone and messaging, scheduling, analytics, cloud storage, security, and automation. These providers process information on Jumpcity's behalf as necessary to deliver these services.
The address field in the Property Transition Assessment uses Google Maps technology to suggest addresses as you type. When that feature is active, your keystrokes and IP address may be processed by Google in connection with its address-suggestion service.
Real Estate and Professional Relationships
When you enter into a relationship with a real estate brokerage, attorney, lender, title company, contractor, investor, property manager, or another independent professional, that organization may separately collect information under its own agreements, privacy policy, legal obligations, and professional requirements. Jumpcity's Privacy Policy does not replace another professional's privacy policy.
Compensation Does Not Change the Privacy Standard
Jumpcity or affiliated professionals may have referral, brokerage, service, marketing, investment, or other business relationships with certain parties where legally permitted. Any required disclosures relating to those relationships are provided separately. The existence of a business relationship does not authorize unrelated use or indiscriminate distribution of personal information.
Cookies and Website Technologies
Jumpcity.io may use essential website technologies necessary for the site to function. We do not currently operate advertising networks, advertising pixels, or session recording tools on Jumpcity.io.
If Jumpcity later adds analytics, advertising, or similar technologies, this section will be updated to describe them. If a cookie-consent mechanism becomes legally required based on the technologies in use and the applicable jurisdiction, it will be implemented at that time.
Telephone and Text Communications
If you provide a telephone number, it may be used in connection with assessment follow-up, requested conversations, appointments, and transition-related communication. The Property Transition Assessment asks for a preferred contact method (email, phone call, or text message) and an optional marketing-consent choice that is separate from your request to be contacted about your situation.
Submitting an assessment and selecting a preferred contact method is not the same as consenting to marketing messages. Any separate SMS or marketing consent required by applicable law should appear directly on the relevant form at the point of collection.
Email Communications
Email addresses may be used to respond to inquiries, follow up on assessments, facilitate professional introductions, send service-related communications, and respond to professional participation inquiries. If Jumpcity sends marketing emails, those are distinguished from operational communications, and unsubscribe mechanisms are provided where applicable.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining appropriate business and professional records, meeting legal or regulatory obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting legitimate business interests.
Formal retention schedules will be established as Jumpcity's systems and operations mature.
Data Security
Jumpcity uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information appropriate to the nature of the information and the systems involved. No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Privacy Choices
You may contact Jumpcity regarding questions about your information, corrections, communication preferences, and requests relating to your information where applicable. To make a request, email hello@jumpcity.io.
State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws applicable to Jumpcity, you may have certain rights regarding personal information. These rights may include requesting access, correction, deletion, or information about certain uses or disclosures of personal information. Not every right applies in every circumstance, and applicable laws may include exceptions. To submit a request, email hello@jumpcity.io.
Applicability of specific comprehensive state privacy statutes should be evaluated as Jumpcity grows.
Children's Privacy
Jumpcity.io is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website.

Jumpcity.io may link to professional websites, government resources, brokerage resources, and other third-party services. Jumpcity is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those sites.
